Health and Productivity Package
A four-eight week group coaching package, depending on requirements, that uses brain training techniques and tools to help staff transition back into the workplace post lockdown.
Key topics to be covered:
Resolving health / social anxiety: cultivate confidence and trust in self and the workplace
Adjusting to a busy office: clear unhelpful thought patterns and access calm to make space for increased productivity
Avoiding overwhelm from work pressures: learn key tools to increase clarity and focus in the management of workload
Ensuring a cohesive team: develop new ways of thinking and techniques to manage effective working relationships.
The extended workshop series includes a blend of structured workshop learning and drop in sessions for staff to get the most out of their learnings through practical support alongside implementation of tools.
There is also the opportunity for individual coaching follow up and text / phone support at an additional cost.
It was good to try and think about the things that influence our state of mind, and how we’ve got the choice to choose how we respond to experiences, and to pick our desired state.
